Sad to hear your wife is ill hope you 2 have had a good marriage up to now. Don't know how I can help other to say no financial help in the world could help if it her time to meet god. I won't tell you to find god either because if he's not there now he won't be there. We all have him there from the day we are born till the day we die. The question is what direction we follow in the time in between. If you love your wife enough you can live in a card board box on the street and never be sad. That is what you need to do find the inner feelings that bind you and hold on to them till the end and beyond. It not a confirmed science but what is I happen to live with the knowledge I have been here before and will again. If you love your wife enough I believe you will find each other again. Death is not the end just and off ramp to another beginning we all have a long way to go till the idea that death is ever the end.
